Executive Team Excellence develops professional teams for greater productivity through improving communication, understanding and collaboration. Team coach helps move teams beyond their self-imposed limits. The program is customized to meet the needs and desired outcomes of each organization.
How it works:
- Executive team and coach jointly develop a clear agreement on the desired outcomes for the program.
- Coach assists the Executive team through a custom assessment program to determine the team's strength, opportunities for improvement and other assessment needs.
- Coach challenges, supports, and facilitates executive team's progress through a combination of face-to-face and phone coaching sessions depending on the executive team's needs.
